Tasting Notes
Primarily sourced from vineyards in the Oliver area, this Chardonnay went through tank fermentation, using three select yeasts and cool fermentation to enhance and develop complex fruit expressions. This fresh, unoaked style exhibits the true character of the grape with hints of melon, pie spice and citrus on the nose. The palate reveals Granny Smith apple, mineral notes and strawberry. A medium finish, with crabapple and cream. Explore dishes with figs, fruittouched cheeses, Dungeness crab and roast chicken.

Vintage Report
A challenging winter reduced the crop, but the remaining fruit excelled during the long, dry growing season. September’s picture perfect weather with 20 days of 20° Celsius temperatures propelled our Chardonnay harvest to produce ripe, wonderfully developed fruit. Sourced from three vineyards in Oliver and Naramata over several weeks, contributed to a complexity of flavour profiles and aromas.
